Important Reminders

1) Wind Auditions start next Friday, April 27th, then Monday, April 30th, and Friday May 4th (each after school until 6).   It is important that veteran students attend these audition clinics to help in the teaching process for our new students and reserve their spot in next year’s show.  Wear tennis shoes and comfortable athletic clothing!

*Remember, $50 class registration (band camp) fee is due by end of auditions*

2) Please be sure to take care of any outstanding account balances by the end of April for next season eligibility, banquet attendance, etc. 

3) Banquet ticket order forms are currently available for purchase until next Friday (April 27) – please get them in as soon as you can.  The order form was emailed out and they are available in the band room.  We really would like to have everyone with us as we have a fantastic event planned to celebrate the end of the year and our graduating seniors with a great guest speaker, several awards, this year’s slide show prepared by Graphic Designer Mrs. Monica Yother, and the unveiling of next year’s show!

4) The official information for the New York trip, next April, should be ready to disseminate by early next week.  The travel agency and I have been finalizing the details and it’s proving to be an incredible trip!

*Don’t forget to push the Snap Raise fundraiser!  It’s so easy and we’re at over $5,000 in ONE WEEK with almost 40% participation!  20 days left to help with your fees and/or credit for next year.
