Giant Musical Chairs Fundraiser

We are officially kicking off our Giant Musical Chairs Fundraiser that will be held Saturday, 11/14/26 from 12:00-2:00pm at the BHS Band Practice Field! We will have an emcee doing the announcements/music and a Cash Prize for the winner!
The ultimate goal is to raise money to purchase 150+ new music chairs for our Concert Band students. The ones we have are in terrible shape. The cost to purchase 1 new chair is approximately $85-$90 each, hence the reason for the $100 donation.
Please share with anyone and everyone! If a family member or friend is wanting to donate, but cannot attend in person, they can designate anyone to play in their spot! This is a great way for grandparents, aunts, uncles & friends to help support our band while letting their band student or another person have the fun of playing the game!
We will have field judges that will be the tiebreaker between any close calls and those decisions must be respected by participants or they will be asked to leave.
The amount of the Cash Prize will be determined based on how many participants play the game. From each $100 donation, $10 will go towards building the Cash Prize. So, if we have 50 people play then the prize would be $500 to the Winner! We have decided to have one winner and not do 2nd and 3rd places, unless someone would like to donate additional prizes for those.
