What is the difference between the class fee and band fee?

Class fee: Effective Fall 2009:  We no longer collect class fees for Marching or Concert band.  All students are expected to fundraise and collect money for their "Band Fee". Band fee This is a fee that is collected and placed in a "booster account". The amount collected depends on the budget proposed by the executive board members and voted on by the booster memebers each year. Money in this account can be used for almost any need of the band but must be approved by executive board members and Mr. Raney.
