Our Fall Fundraiser is with Schermer Pecans, a Georgia-based company.  Brochures and Flyers with more detailed information and tips to help your selling efforts are available both in the Band Room and in downloadable form in the Fundraiser Section of this website. 

A 16 oz. bag of Jumbo Pecan Halves sells for $10.00; bags of candied pecans (Chocolate Covered, Cinnamon Glazed and Pecan Clusters) also sell for $10.00 per bag.  The Pecan Cookbook sells for $12.00.  (These prices are also listed on the back of each brochure).  For each product sold, nearly half of the purchase price of each product will be placed in your student’s account.  Participating in this Fundraiser can help you build your student’s account to offset the cost of Fall and Spring Fees and the upcoming Spring Trip.

Money should be collected with each order.  Checks should be made payable to BHS Band.  There is no “official” collection envelope, so please use an envelope from home.  Turn in orders to the Blue Box in the Band Room, with both order forms and envelopes clearly marked with your student’s name to ensure proper credit is given to your student’s account.  Orders and money must be turned in to the Blue Box in the Band Room by Friday, November 21st.
