Everyone was asked if they were having any problems accessing or using CHARMS program. None reported.

Senior night is October 31. Raney will discuss dressing options with student for that night (not necessarily that there will be any other option).

October 18th, contest at Muscle Shoals. Leave time is 10:30. Make sure the kids have enough money for at least two meals for the day. We will return at midnight.

October 25th, contest at JSU. We will perform at 4. Call time will be announced.

December 11th will be the joint Christmas concert with RMS and BHS. More details later.

We also discussed compliments and comments about Buckhorn students we've heard this season. We really have a great, hard working group of kids.

Marilyn noted more security has apparently been added at Milton Frank Stadium.

At conclusion of meeting, financial student reports were handed out to attendenees.
