Students and parents must sign this document if they wish to use a school owned instrument.

Students must have this form filled out and signed before they will be allowed to take medication of any kind on a trip.  Mr. Raney must keep all medication.

Instructions on how to view and practice our half-time show.  You must download a FREE program to view the show files.  You may be prompted to buy this program but you do not have to buy.

This form must be filled out for any student that takes prescribed medication on an overnight trip.  This form must be signed by the parent, doctor and must be notarized.
